Summary
Design and improve soundproofing Polyurethane products for automotive applications.
Soundproofing Urethane Foam design and development desired. Development of products from concept to production.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
➢ Development of polyurethane products from prototype to mass-production.
➢ Create design concepts and presentation to OEM customers.
➢ NVH testing support, prepare test request and CAE analysis.
➢ Negotiate design direction, DFMEA, QA documents, and DV test requirements with OEM customers.

SKILLS
➢ CAD experience required. Catia : preferred.
➢ Must have Automotive parts design experience : 3+ years preferred.
➢ Product Development Tasks

CAD
3D/2D creation by Catia V5
Product Validation
Develop and request lab testing, Analyze and report results. Submit CAE analysis request
Manufacturing
Knowledge on PUR molding, injection molding, metal stamping processes, and typical OEM processes.

➢ Soundproofing design knowledge and experience preferred.
➢ Metal/Resin component design experience preferred.
➢ Very good customer interaction, presentation, and reporting skills preferred.
