Job Description
• Analyze customer specifications, describing how they want data presented, understanding how the information will be used in the context of our business and proprietary systems, and documenting it in mapping guides / specifications used to create the code that transforms the data.
• Process and monitor inbound and outbound documents.
• Work with trading partners to resolve any operational issues.
• Coordinate and test all EDI implementations with new EDI partners.
• Troubleshoot inquiries, monitor document transmissions, and identify opportunities to improve relevant processes.
• Also perform audits to ensure quality standards are being achieved.

Requirements
• Knowledge of document formats.
• Excellent communication skills and be able to discuss technical issues with non-technical staff.
• Degree: Bachelors in Information Technology, E-Commerce or related field.
• Experience: 4+ years
