Responsibilities
• Organize, record and file documents such as customers information, quote, order and invoices
• Reviews purchase orders from customers and verifies all information.
• Communicates with outside vendors and/or company’s global office as needed.
• Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales of an organization's products such as automotive gaskets and small brake parts and/or services to other Automotive Manufacturing companies (Proposal-based sales).
• Develop and update customer’s knowledge of the products, follow-up and present the products to both Japanese and American automotive suppliers.
• Respond and handle incoming calls and emails to assist customers.
• Create and submit quotations.
• Visit customers to demonstrate and present product and company capabilities.
• Issue purchase orders and invoices upon clients’ requests
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Managers
Requirement
• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in area of specialty and/or 0-2 years of experience in the B2B sales, customer support, manufacturing fields and/or in a related area.
• Great communication skills and team player
• Able to travel within the US as required.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
