Development of products from concept to production.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><br \/>\n\u27a2 Development of polyurethane products from prototype to mass-production.<br \/>\n\u27a2 Create design concepts and presentation to OEM customers.<br \/>\n\u27a2 NVH testing support, prepare test request and CAE analysis.<br \/>\n\u27a2 Negotiate design direction, DFMEA, QA documents, and DV test requirements with OEM customers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SKILLS<\/strong><br \/>\n\u27a2 CAD experience required. Catia : preferred.<br \/>\n\u27a2 Must have Automotive parts design experience : 3+ years preferred.<br \/>\n\u27a2 Product Development Tasks<\/p>\n<p><strong>CAD<\/strong><br \/>\n3D\/2D creation by Catia V5<br \/>\n<strong>Product Validation<\/strong><br \/>\nDevelop and request lab testing, Analyze and report results.
