Technical Sales Engineer (TSE) is the primary technical resource for the sales team and also generates new business and 1 ensures growth of existing accounts.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 TSE is responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process
\n\u2022 Working in conjunction with the sales team as the technical advisor for products
\n\u2022 Must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to customers<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 TSE must be able to identify all technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process and after sales support and must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle
\n\u2022 Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
\n\u2022 Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practice, and procedures within a particular field
\n\u2022 Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Comprehensive understanding of the products, desktop \/ scara robots, servo press and the related products
\n\u2022 Working understanding of electronics and factory automation
\n\u2022 Skill in communications with customers verbally over the telephone or writing to troubleshoot the technical issues and sometime in person
\n\u2022 Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
\n\u2022 Familiarity with ACT! Database and QuickBooks Software<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Detail Oriented
\n\u2022 Efficient

\n\u2022 Technical resource for new and existing customers \/ distributors and end users, as well as inside staff : 40%
\n\u2022 Interface between parent company , new and existing customers, distributors and end users, in order to assure compliance and continued relationship with customers or to win new business by developing solutions to existing products : 40%
