Duties for this position include maintaining good communication with both current and prospective customers to expand business.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>EXISTING ACCOUNTS MAINTENANCE<\/em><br \/>\n\u2022 Responsible for maintaining good communication and relationships with current customers by providing comprehensive support that includes responding to requests for quotations and information, referring other internal support for assistance, etc.<br \/>\n\u2022 Provides comprehensive support and cooperation with internal Sales Representatives.<br \/>\n\u2022 Communicates with both customers and company\u2019s internal personnel for problem resolutions.<br \/>\n\u2022 May field complaints concerning billing or services, referring complaints to designated personnel for investigation and resolution.<br \/>\n\u2022 Introduces new offerings or recommended products\/solutions.<br \/>\n<em>NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT<\/em><br \/>\n(Works independently or in closer cooperation with company\u2019s internal personnel)<br \/>\n\u2022 Develops sales strategies and determines sales potential by conducting research.<br \/>\n\u2022 Researches and collects information for prospective customers.<br \/>\n\u2022 Makes sales calls to prospective customers to determine opportunities.<br \/>\n\u2022 Makes appointments and visits prospective customers to tour their facilities and evaluates opportunities.<br \/>\n\u2022 Presents effective presentations to prospective customers.<br \/>\n\u2022 Negotiates with prospective customers regarding quotations prepared to reflect each customer\u2019s needs.<br \/>\n\u2022 Builds customers\u2019 relationships.<br \/>\n<em>SALES ADMINISTRATION<\/em><br \/>\n\u2022 Receives purchase orders and compares purchase orders to quotation to verify accuracy and compliance.<br \/>\n\u2022 Communicates with company\u2019s internal personnel to execute orders.<br \/>\n\u2022 Develops business quotations for customers; ensures proper delivery and answers questions from customers.<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordinates requests for quotations between customers, company\u2019s internal personnel and integration partners.<br \/>\n\u2022 Works with integration partners to develop system solutions to meet customers\u2019 needs.<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepares weekly sales reports and sends to General Manager.<br \/>\n\u2022 Files and maintains related documents, etc.<br \/>\n<em>PARTNER DEVELOPMENT<\/em><br \/>\n\u2022 Researches potential partners.<br \/>\n\u2022 Meet with, evaluates and discusses potential partner relationship.<br \/>\n\u2022 Develops on-going relationship with selected partners.<br \/>\n<em>Other &amp; Miscellaneous<\/em><br \/>\n\u2022 Seeks constant improvement, more efficient and less expensive ways and means in work processes.<br \/>\n\u2022 Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager and other senior SUNWA<br \/>\nmanagement.<br \/>\n\u2022 Reports all irregular issues and problems to management for solution.<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintains good communication with other managers, SUNWA staff &amp; outside contacts.<br \/>\n\u2022 Complies with all company policies and procedures.<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintains high ethical standards in the work place.
