Division: PTD (Power Transmission Division)

Working Hours: 8:30AM~5:00PM

Job Description

• Receipt of order and acknowledgement from costumers
• Placing purchase orders to suppliers (overseas, domestic)
• Contact with forwarders and warehouses for custom clearances, freight arrangements, domestic deliveries and proof of delivery (POD)
• Invoicing to customers and debit to suppliers.
• Checking payments to forwarders and suppliers.
• Checking Credit Limit for customers.
• Collecting payments from customers in timely manner.
• Entering information into internal and customer’s system.
• In regard to Inventory management operation.
• Packing small items into the cartons.
• Negotiating with suppliers, forwarders and customers.
• Create reports and documents for internal, customer and supplier’s request.
• Visiting forwarders, warehouses, suppliers and customers as needed
• Supervise and Support sales assistant
• Managing appropriate Inventory level at warehouse and on the way.
• Sales and develop current and new business.
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager.

Qualification:

• Excellent communication skills
• Purchasing or Logistics related experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
